We recently sat down with Emma Jackson, the CEO of Jackson Dwellings to ask a couple of questions and reflect back on their experience with us here at Macedon Digital.

MD: In your own words, describe what your business does…
EMMA: Jackson Dwellings is a team of luxury home specialists servicing the Macedon Ranges and surrounds. Our mission is to provide our clients with an enjoyable building experience based on honesty, transparency and communication. Our dwellings are built using only the highest quality materials and skilled local trades.
MD: What were your business goals when you first started working with Macedon Digital?
EMMA: We first met Will during our search for somebody to help us with SEO work. We had read some books and wanted to increase the amount of enquiries we were receiving. We needed help telling the local community about our new company. What we received was that and so much more! Will gently educated us on the importance of a great website in conjunction with SEO as well as adequate branding and paid advertising.
MD: How did Macedon Digital help you achieve those goals?
EMMA: Will was gentle and knowledgeable and it didn’t take much convincing for us to decide to engage his services. In no time, Will and his team produced a website that was in-line with our brand and allowed potential clients to really get to know us. EMMA: With the support of Macedon Digital, Jackson Dwellings will continue to be a leader in customer service and quality custom homes. Right now, the Macedon Digital team is working on a new OH&S portal for our team, re-vamping our entire website and adding a whole new selection range to the JD Selection Portal.
